Nakheel is adding another prepossessing landmark on the Palm Jumeirah.

The View at The Palm is a public observation deck that will tower 52 storeys, 240 meters above the city, and will open on the top level of The Palm Tower. The observatory will offer a spectacular, uninterrupted view of the Arabian Gulf, The Palm and the Dubai skyline.

Apart from the breath-taking view it also renders an educational experience as it reveals the incredible story behind the making of the island that put Dubai on the global map.

The perception deck will be open for both day and night visits, and furthermore incorporate a VIP parlor and regions for private occasions. Guests to The View will initially visit an intelligent historical center and display on the housetop court of Nakheel Mall, which investigates the production of Palm Jumeirah.

The visitors will be guided to an elevator; the elevator gives the visitors a mesmerizing experience of the digital sea, sand and sky experience which extends from floor-to-ceiling of the elevator. It will take them on the three minute ascent to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower, where they will witness a breathtaking view of the island beneath them, and enjoy 360 degree views of Dubai

The View is associated with the Nakheel shopping center which enables you to access 350 shops, cafés, and attractions and its own Palm Monorail station. The high rise will include a rooftop pool one story underneath, a St Regis hotel and luxury apartments.
